65, of Lincoln passed away suddenly early Monday morning while surrounded by family.

Born on June 13, 1953, to parents Rene and Eva Messier, Denise was a graduate of Johnson and Wales University and recently retired From University Surgical Associates, where she spent over 20 years as a Medical Secretary.

She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Camille "Butch" Netto. A loving mother to her son Matthew Netto and his wife Kayla Netto, and her daughter Elyse Souliere and her husband Justin Souliere. She is also survived by her granddaughter, Natalie Netto, her sister Sue Viara, several nieces and nephews and her beloved dog, Sadie.

An avid Patriots fan, Denise cherished the time she spent with friends and family. She will be remembered for her kind spirit and generosity.

Services will be held at Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave., Lincoln. There will be visiting hours on Thursday from 5pm - 8pm and a funeral service at Keefe at 10am on Friday. Doors will open at 9 am on Friday for additional visiting hours.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to a place near and dear to Denise's heart, the Pawtucket Animal Shelter, 401 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, Rhode Island 02861, where she adopted her dog Sadie.
